The meeting was called to order at 7:02pm.
The minutes of the December meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as read.
Fire Report
There were no fire calls and 3 EMS calls in December, and totals for the year were 19 Fire and 54 EMS calls.
After discussion, a motion was made, seconded and carried to increase the Relief Association pension fund payment from $650 to $700 per year service.
Old Business
The Conditional Use Permit for the internet tower was approved by the County on December 11, 2014. There was a discussion on the tower site draft agreement between Northern Wireless Media and the Township. Bill will finalize the agreement document.
There was a discussion on the community well upgrades and operation costs.
A motion was made, seconded and carried to compensate the First Responders and EMT’s for the time they spend in required training and for each call responded to.
The bills were approved.
