The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
The minutes of the August meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as read.
Fire Report
There were 4 fire calls and 9 EMS calls in August.
One new firefighter is trained, making 20 Fire & 14 EMS.
Old Business
Request for quotes will be sent out to Contractors for gravel crushing 10,000 tons, with quotes due 10-5-21.
The special deer hunt orientation will be held at 6:30 on 9-8-21.
After discussion, a motion was made, seconded and carried to authorize $5000 for the Side Lake Events including the 5K race, Parade, and Celebrate Side Lake.
New Business
There will be a Fall Festival for children on 10-29-21 from 4-6. A budget of $500 will be designated from the Rec Fund.
The correspondence was read.
The bills were approved.
