The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Sandberg, Varichak, Lucas, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa.
The minutes of the April meeting were read and approved.
Treasurers Report
On motion by Sandberg, second by Lucas, the Treasurer’s Report was approved as read, and authorized the Treasurer to transfer $25,000 from General Savings to General checking.
Fire Report
There were 2 fire calls and 4 EMS call in April.
Building & Grounds & Roads
Trees were removed from all roads.
New Lawn tractor is on site.
Replaced culvert on Belchner Road.
Loose gravel signs will be purchased to place while gravelling roads.
Rec
The recreation coordinator Paula Kangas was hired on motion by Varichak, seconded by Lucas, motion carried.
Old Business
After discussion, a motion was made by Sandberg, second by Lucas to accept the quote from Iron Oaks Fence in the amount of $1964 to install a gate at the ball field.
New Business
A group was present to request to evaluate the interest and get costs to install additional pickle ball courts.
A water meter will be installed in the mechanical room to measure water use for future septic system
installation.
A motion was made, second, and carried to approve the Information Request from Lynn McHale.
Motion by Sandberg, second by Lucas to approve the liquor license application to the county for Bimbo’s and Riverside Inn.
Approved the internet tower lease agreement with Northern Wireless Media.
The correspondence was read.
Motion by Varichak, second by Lucas to approve the bills, motion carried.
