The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Sandberg, Varichak, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa
The minutes of the May meeting were read and approved.
Treasurers Report
On motion by Sandberg, second by Varichak, the Treasurer’s Report was approved as read.
Fire Report
There were 3 fire calls and 1 EMS call in May.
Building & Grounds & Roads
Trees were removed from all roads.
The magnesium chloride was spread on June 9th .
Rec
There will be a pancake feed on July 2nd .
The rec program will run from 10:00 to 1:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Motion by Varichak, seconded by Sandberg to hire Abigail Simpson, Isabelle King, Danika Marturano, and
Emma Kangas for the summer rec program. Motion carried.
Old Business
Jim gave a short update on pickle ball courts. The group will be getting estimated costs.
New Business
Lora Kaminen gave a presentation for the upcoming broadband digital survey.
The correspondence was read.
Motion by Varichak, second by Sandberg to approve the bills, motion carried.
