The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
The minutes of the June meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurer’s report was approved and read.
Fire Report
There were 3 Fire calls and 4 EMS calls in June.
The Fire/EMS day will be July 18th.
Old Business
The gravel road surfacing has been completed.
Chloride treatment is scheduled for July 7th.
One quote was received for crushing of gravel material. Ulland Brothers submitted a quote of $3.14 per yard plus an additional $8000 mobilization cost. After discussion, a motion was made, seconded and carried to accept the quote from Ulland Brothers.
Correspondence from the MPCA dated indicated that an additional connection could be made on the community well system. After discussion, a motion was made, seconded and carried to allow the former Riverside Sales to connect to the system.
New Business
The Board of Supervisors will be holding a special site review meeting with the County representative and property owners at the end of Belschner Road.
The clerk was advised to send out quote requests for gravel crushing.
The bills were approved.
