The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
The minutes of the December meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as read.
Fire Report
There were 2 Fire calls and 4 EMS calls in December.
There were 30 fire calls and 50 EMS calls for 2018.
Old Business
A motion was made, seconded and carried to support the Range Broadband grant application.
A quote was received from Jerulle Construction to extend the Bay City Road gravel surface and road bed
approximately 125 feet eastward. After discussion, a motion was made seconded and carried to approve the
quote. The work shall be completed by July 4, 2019.
New Business
After discussion, a motion was made, seconded and carried to add the snowplowing of the lower parking lot to the current Side Lake Services quote. The need for this additional area is needed for access of Life Flight
helicopter landing zone. The additional cost will be $700.
The correspondence was read.
The bills were approved.
