Voting Options – In-Person and Absentee
Election Day is Tuesday, November 8th and we encourage everyone to exercise their right to vote. French Township residents can vote in person between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m at the Side Lake Rec Center. Same day registration is available.
If you are unable to vote in person, there are still a few options. The last day to submit an application to the county to receive a mail-in ballot was Tuesday, November 1st. The county must receive your ballot back by Election Day to be counted.
All township and St. Louis County residents can vote in-person at the County Auditor’s Office at the following locations:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
General Election Extended Hours
Saturday, November 5th: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monday, November 7th: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
*Absentee ballots can also be delivered to these locations during these times.
