The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
The minutes of the June meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as read.
Fire Report
There were 3 EMS calls and 1 fire call in June.
Roads
There were complaints received on the conditions of the Boldt Road after the heavy rains.
Motion was made, seconded and carried to contract with Jerulle Construction to mow the township road sides not to exceed $3500.
New Business
The post office lease is up for renewal. Bill will be corresponding with the postal service.
A motion was made, seconded and carried for the Clerk to obtain proposals for a certificate of survey for the 5 acre parcel, perviously the Township Dump.
The bills were approved.
